Great O Antiphons
The Liturgy of the Hours is the ancient and venerable practice of fulfilling St. Paul's command to "pray without ceasing" ( Thessalonians 5:17), which the Church offers as a spiritual aid to all of Christ's faithful. Though all ordained and religious professed must pray the Liturgy of the Hours, it is a prayer meant for the whole Church.
Vespers, or evening prayer, lasts about 30 minutes. Come and participate in the beautiful tradition of the Church that is ever ancient, ever new. Come to any or to all. No prior experience is needed; there are helps and aids.
