Merry Christmas to each and to all. May the newborn King be remembered in your homes and in your hearts this day. As per my bulletin column, here is an idea to celebrate the entire Christmas season.
Today is the memorial of St. Thomas Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury, who, in the 12th century, stood against Henry II, king of England, over the rights of the Church. Pray for governments around the world that seek to limit or undermine the freedom to worship God, that they may be less threatened than Herod and more reasonable than Henry.
